When a Buyer makes a purchase, the money does not go straight to the Seller. Instead, dskro holds the money safely in our secure vault.
This guarantees the Buyer gets what they paid for, and the Seller gets paid.
Absolutely. Whether you are buying a digital account or a physical headset, your money remains locked in dskro’s vault until delivery is confirmed. If you do not receive your item, or if it is significantly not as described, you can open a dispute. Upon investigation, your money will be refunded.
A Buyer Protection Fee of 5% to 7% is added at checkout. This fee covers the cost of maintaining the secure escrow vault, our integrated payment and shipping gateways, and funding our 24/7 dedicated dispute investigation team.
If you request a refund, we initiate a mandatory 48-hour investigation period to prevent fraud. However, if the Seller agrees and manually approves your refund request on their dashboard, the transaction is canceled immediately.
You get paid as soon as the Buyer confirms they have received the digital asset or physical product. Once the funds are released to your dskro wallet, you can immediately withdraw them to your bank account or digital wallet using our payment partner, Safepay. There are no hidden holding periods for cleared funds.
When a Buyer purchases a physical product, you will receive their shipping address. You must ship the item and enter a valid tracking number from a recognized courier directly into the dskro platform. Escrow protection is voided for physical items shipped without a verifiable tracking ID.
You are fully protected against buyer fraud. If a Buyer attempts to make a false claim, open a dispute. Our administrative team will review the evidence:
If the evidence shows you delivered the asset securely, we will forcefully release the escrowed payment to you, and the Buyer will be penalized.
No. This is strictly prohibited. To guarantee your protection under our dispute resolution policy, all communication and delivery of digital account credentials MUST happen inside the dskro platform chat. If you communicate outside the platform, we cannot verify the delivery, and you will lose your Seller protection.
No. dskro is a secure payment intermediary. We do not control third-party game developers. Buyers purchase digital accounts at their own risk regarding game publisher Terms of Service. Once a digital transaction is successfully completed and confirmed on dskro, you are not liable for future actions taken by game developers.
