Welcome to dskro (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online escrow marketplace for digital gaming assets, as well as physical gaming accessories, mobile accessories, and hardware products. By accessing or using dskro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the Platform
dskro operates as an independent intermediary and escrow service provider connecting buyers and sellers. We provide a secure payment mechanism to facilitate transactions but do not own, manufacture, or create the digital assets or physical products listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
1.1 Digital Goods & Third-Party Liability
dskro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any third-party game developers or publishers (e.g., Tencent, Garena, Epic Games). Users acknowledge that buying or transferring digital game accounts may violate the Terms of Service (ToS) of the respective game developers. Transactions are conducted at the User's own risk. dskro shall not be held liable for any subsequent account suspensions or bans imposed by the original game publishers.
1.2 Physical Goods & Warranties
For physical products (gaming accessories, mobile hardware, etc.), dskro acts solely as a marketplace. Product warranties, guarantees, and after-sales support are the sole responsibility of the respective Seller or the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). dskro is not liable for manufacturing defects, damages occurring during third-party shipping, or personal injuries resulting from the use of physical products purchased through the Platform.
2. User Accounts and Mandatory KYC
To maintain a secure and fraud-free environment for both physical and digital trades, dskro enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy.
- Verification Requirement: All Users (Buyers and Sellers) must successfully complete identity verification before initiating or participating in any transaction.
- Documentation: This process requires the submission of a valid government-issued ID (such as a CNIC) and any supplementary documentation requested by our verification partners.
- Account Security: Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. The Escrow Mechanism
All transactions on dskro are governed by our secure escrow system to protect both parties. The process adapts slightly depending on the type of product:
For Digital Assets:
- The Buyer purchases the asset; funds are held securely in the dskro vault.
- The Seller securely delivers the asset credentials via the dskro platform chat.
- The Buyer verifies the asset and confirms receipt.
- Funds are instantly released to the Seller.
For Physical Products:
- The Buyer purchases the item; funds are held securely in the dskro vault.
- The Seller ships the item and must provide a valid tracking number from a recognized courier within the platform.
- The Buyer receives the physical shipment, inspects the product, and confirms receipt on the platform.
- Funds are instantly released to the Seller.
4. Fees and Charges
dskro charges a Buyer Protection Fee to maintain the security of our escrow infrastructure, our integrated couriers/payment gateways, and our dispute resolution team.
- This fee ranges from 5% to 15% of the total transaction value.
- The fee is calculated and clearly displayed at checkout and is strictly paid by the Buyer.
- Sellers receive the full listed price of their asset/product upon successful completion of the transaction.
5. Communication & Shipping Policy
All communication between Buyers and Sellers must occur exclusively within the dskro platform chat.Taking communication outside the Platform (e.g., WhatsApp, Discord) is a direct violation of these Terms and voids your escrow protection.
- Digital Delivery: Must be executed within the dskro chat.
- Physical Delivery: Sellers must input valid shipping tracking IDs into the dskro system.
We will not offer escrow protection for physical goods shipped without a verifiable tracking number.
6. Dispute Resolution
If an issue arises (e.g., non-receipt of a digital account, or a physical accessory arriving broken), either party may initiate a dispute.
- Investigation: Our administrative team will conduct a thorough investigation using only dskro platform chat logs, verifiable digital transfer data, shipping tracking IDs, and photographic evidence.
- Guilty Seller: If the investigation proves the Seller failed to deliver the asset, provided a fraudulent digital account, or shipped a severely misrepresented/damaged physical item, the escrowed payment will be refunded to the Buyer.
- False Buyer Claims: If the investigation proves the Seller successfully delivered the digital asset or that physical tracking confirms delivery of the described item, and the Buyer is making a fraudulent claim, dskro will forcefully release the escrowed payment to the Seller and penalize the Buyer's account.
7. Withdrawals
All payouts and withdrawals are processed via our integrated payment partner, Safepay.
- Once a Buyer confirms receipt and the escrowed funds are released, the Seller can immediately initiate a withdrawal to their linked bank account or preferred digital wallet via Safepay.
- dskro does not impose artificial holding periods on cleared funds.
8. Refund & Return Policy
Refund requests are subject to strict anti-fraud protocols to protect our Sellers.
- Mandatory Investigation: If a Buyer requests a refund prior to delivery confirmation, an automatic, mandatory investigation period of up to 48 hours is initiated.
- Manual Seller Approval: If the Seller manually approves and confirms the refund prompt within the Platform before the 48-hour period concludes, the transaction is canceled, and funds are returned to the Buyer immediately.
- Physical Returns: In cases where a refund is approved for a physical product, the Buyer may be required to ship the item back to the Seller and provide a valid return tracking number before the escrowed funds are returned to the Buyer's account.
